Privacy
Short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it to reply to you and run the call, and we delete it if you ask.
What we collect
When you use /contact or /book we collect:
- your name and email address
- the message or note you write
- for bookings, the time slot you choose
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is stored
- Form submissions and booking records: Cloudflare D1 (database).
- Booked calls: a calendar event in Fastmail, created over CalDAV.
- Confirmation and notification emails: sent through Cloudflare Email Service, and kept in our Fastmail mailbox.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details as long as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
