Discovery call (30 min)
We talk about what you need, who it's for, and what "good" looks like. By the end of the call, we'll have a clear scope for the sprint: which features make the cut and which get parked for later. No homework on your end.

Build sprint (3 weeks)
We build. You get regular async updates with screenshots and working links. If something needs adjusting, we course-correct in real time. By week two you'll have something you can click through. By week three it's production-ready.

Ship + handoff
Deployed to production with everything documented. We walk you through the codebase, hand over all credentials and access, and fix anything that comes up for 30 days. Then extend if you want. It's yours.

What tech stack do you use?
We pick the best tool for the job. Typically that means TypeScript/React for web apps, Python for data-heavy backends, and modern cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare, Railway, AWS). We'll recommend a stack on the discovery call based on your needs and explain why in plain English.
What if I need more than three weeks?
Then we plan for that up front. Larger scopes are quoted on the call (typically $10–20k). The standard sprint is designed to get you a working foundation fast, and most clients start with one sprint and keep building. After the sprint: 30 days of fixes included, then extend if you want. You're never locked in. You can take the code and run.
What do I need to provide?
Just your time for the discovery call and a few minutes each day to review progress. We handle everything else: design, development, deployment. If you have existing brand assets, copy, or API credentials we need to integrate with, we'll ask for those upfront.
